Kids Klub Position:
Kids Klub is hiring a Site Leader. Part time position of 15 hours a week from 6:45-8:00 am and 3-6pm. During summer up to 40 hours possible.
Duties: Work with children in an afterschool childcare setting at local elementary schools. Care for children
ages 5-12. Ensure safety of children while also having fun. Responsible for snack time, arts and crafts, play
time and games. Must love to work with children.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age. Three months experience with school age children in such
areas as childcare, scouts, sports or baby sitting. Background check and fingerprint check required.
Pay: $7.28 per hour

GAME SUPERVISORS AND SCOREKEEPERS
The Canon City Area Recreation and Park District is always looking for individuals interested in being game
supervisors and scorekeepers for both Youth and Adult Sports. This is nice way to pick up some extra money while you
are in school or maybe after hours from your job.
Game supervisors are responsible for everything that is going on at the site. They will make sure
the games are running on time, oversee the scorekeepers, resolve any confilicts with officials, participants, or spectators,
turn in scores to the District, and enforce the district rules. This position pays $10 per hour.
Scorekeepers do exactly that, keep score of all games in progress. This position pays between $7 and
$9 per hour depending on the sport.
